How can I be notified when new content is released?
We appreciate your thirst for more Knockout Cats goodness! We post to our facebook page when we release new content or have some important morsel of knowledge that we'd like to impart upon the world. So mark our facebook page as a 'favorite' to get notifications when new videos are released.

How long before I can expect to hear back when I contact with questions, comments, or problems?
Normally, we will make every effort to respond within a few hours, but if it's more than 24 hours before you hear back from us, feel free to contact us again.

Why don't you have a quicker response time to my inquiries?
We, here at Knockout Cats, appreciate all of our customers' support, and we do attempt to respond in a timely manner. However, despite referring to ourselves in the collective first person, we are but a single individual that is unable to dedicate our full attention to Knockout Cats support. Please be patient as we address inquiries in the order they are received.

If you're only one person, then why do you refer to yourself using the collective first person?
We feel that it gives our site a more official feel... and somehow, our simple mind(s) is/are easily amused by little things like that. Plus, we're a little crazy, and we try to pretend like we're not alone in this world.

Can I have Knockout Cats produce a custom female fight video for me?
Since Knockout Cats is still a work in progress, we have not officially opened up for custom orders... yet. We're considering securing a studio where we can shoot on a regular basis, but until then, we don't have a reliable, cost-effective venue for shoots. You may still e-mail us your ideas, and if the content, requested models, and timing all happen to align perfectly with the moon and the sun and various planets and stars, then we would be happy to provide you with a price quote and bring your script to life. In the future, we plan to provide information such as guidelines, prices, and helpful tools to simplify the process of creating and ordering customs.

May I post your pictures on other sites?
If you would like to post 2 or 3 pictures on social media, that would be acceptable as long as you link back to and leave the complete watermark url text in tact (i.e. do not crop "" from the pictures). If you would like to post larger sets of pictures, that will require approval from Knockout Cats. To request permission, please contact with an explanation of how and where you'd like to use the pictures.

May I post, share, or trade your videos with others? May I post your pictures and claim them as my own?
No... and no.

Purchase Help

We currently use Stripe as our payment system, and all payment information is transferred securely over an encrypted connection using TLS/SSL over HTTPS.

Once you successfully complete a video purchase, you will be redirected to the verification page containing the download for your video. The link to your download will be valid for 48 hours from the time of purchase. You will also receive an e-mail containing a link to your download. Please check your spam folder if the e-mail is not delivered to your inbox.

If you need to download the file later, then save the entire verification URL that was emailed to you. The URL will also appear in your browser's address bar on the verification page where you are redirected after payment, and it will be something like:
You may revisit that URL as often as necessary until your download expires (which is 48 hours after your purchase). Revisiting that URL will not charge you more than once.

For customers who would like to purchase a video but are unable to use our Stripe payment processor: you may use PayPal by sending the exact amount (in US dollars) to Please include your e-mail address and the name(s) of the desired video(s). Once we verify payment, we will manually generate and e-mail the link(s) to you. Because this method of payment is not an automated process, you will not receive the link(s) immediately. We will, however, send it to you as soon as we can, based on our availability at the time.

If you encounter any problems, please e-mail and include the e-mail address you used to purchase the video and the transaction ID related to the purchase. Thank you!
